Term 4 week 8-10
In the last weeks of the year we are going to finish the measurement stations and work on some of the things we are needing extra help with like reading big numbers, using decimal numbers, fractions, etc

How to measure a circle video

Term 4 week 3-6
This week we are doing measurement stations.
If you are on the measuring angles station you can play these games. Measure angles or Soccer angles or Angle Kung Fu or Banana hunt
If you are on the Reaction Times station you can play these games. Baseball or Hunting sheep or Catching flies

Term 4 week 2-3
These weeks we will be looking at Algebra which is better understanding patterns and numbers.

Term 3 Week 9-10
We will be working on 3-d shapes, nets etc. Also in measurement we will look at area and time.

Term3 Week 6-8
We are working through understanding fractions.

These weeks we are getting into the nuts and bolts of fractions and how we can use our multiplication facts to solve them.

Term 3 Week 1-3
These weeks we are looking at how to work out fractions and how they are linked to division. I have put activities for you to do on Study Ladder. Also you can go on Sumdog.

Term 2 Week 10

This week I would like you to log in to the new NZ maths website and play some games. It looks good.

Term 2 week 4 and 5
This week i would like you to make some examples of multiplication strategies on your wiki page.
On this ABCya! Paint Go see if you can make a picture relating to a multiplication fact you know. Write a story and write the division fact too. You will need to save it to your file or to the desktop then go to the file icon and upload it to your page.
